La Liga: Robert Lewandowski scores twice, FC Barcelona beats FC Elche

While Bayern are struggling in the Bundesliga, Barça's upward trend continues in La Liga. Robert Lewandowski, by far the top scorer in Spain this season, shone again in the win against Elche.

World footballer Robert Lewandowski led FC Barcelona to their fifth win of the season in the Spanish Primera Division.

The exceptional Polish striker contributed two goals (34th/48th minute) to the 3-0 (2-0) win against FC Elche at the bottom of the table on Saturday and indirectly caused the opponent to be sent off by scoring Gonzalo Verdu with just one Emergency brake was to be stopped (15th).
