Kick-off of the 9th day of L2 and various fortunes for the relegated Bordeaux and Saint-Etienne this Saturday.

Bordeaux won on Saturday at home against Dijon (2-1) during the 9th day of Ligue 2 and temporarily regained the lead in the standings, while Guingamp stopped Saint-Étienne (2-1) and its series four games unbeaten.

The Bordelais in particular put pressure on Sochaux, leader at the start of the day and who can go back in front if they draw at least in their stadium against Nîmes (7:00 p.m.).

Beaten last week in Saint-Etienne (2-0), the Girondins immediately got back into the race by inflicting their fourth defeat in a row on Dijon thanks to a late goal from Georgian rookie Zuriko Davitashvili (87th), his first .

They were scared by conceding the equalizer by Mickaël Le Bihan, taking advantage of a slip from the incoming Clément Michelin (71st) to respond to the penalty scored at the start of the meeting by Josh Maja (8th).

The Navy and White had conceded only one goal in the first six games of the season.

The number has climbed to four in three meetings since.

Saint-Etienne just above the waterline

Saint-Étienne also took the hit at Guingamp, without managing to find the resources to win.

After a disastrous start to the year, the Stéphanois seemed to have been transformed for four days without defeat.

But Gaëtan Courtet (45th + 2) and Jérémy Livolant (59th) stopped the rise of ASSE, which reduced the gap through Victor Lobry at the end of the match (81st).

Laurent Batlles' men still escape the relegation zone thanks to a better goal difference.

But with only 7 points, they are under direct threat from all their pursuers.
