Arsenal's three goals against Brentford (Sport1)

The seventh round in the English Premier League continues today (Sunday) with two games.

In the first, Arsenal defeated Brentford 0:3 to return to first place in the league.

Starting at 16:15, Everton will host West Ham in a game that will close the cycle.

As you remember, the matches between Manchester United and Leeds and between Chelsea and Liverpool were postponed due to a lack of police forces, after they were allocated in favor of Queen Elizabeth II's funeral, and the match between Brighton and Crystal Palace was also postponed.

Brentford - Arsenal 3:0

Mikel Arteta's side put behind them the loss to Manchester United two weeks ago, and took back control at the top of the table at the expense of Manchester City.

The Bees, on the other hand, already count four games without a win out of the last five in the league.

After scoring all 10 of their previous goals with their left foot, Arsenal doubled their lead in less than half an hour with two strikes, the first by William Saliba and the second by Gabriel Jesus.

The Brazilian striker increased his tally to four Premier League goals this season.

Bocayo Saka, who set up Saliba, completed his first Premier League brace in the second half when he set up Fabio Vieira who scored a huge goal on his debut for the Gunners.

Saka, by the way, was involved in 36 goals for Arsenal in the Premier League, with only Cesc Fabregas responsible for more before he turned 21 (63 in total).

An equally important achievement for Arteta is that his players kept a clean sheet against the team that scored the most after Manchester City in the first six rounds.

History was made about two minutes before the final whistle, when 15-year-old and 181-day-old Eitan Wannery came off the Arsenal bench and became the first footballer in Premier League history under the age of 16.

17th minute: Goal, 0:1 to Arsenal!

Saka collected a corner and Saliva hit a ball that slightly crossed the goal line, on the way to the advantage of the guest.

28th minute: Goal, 0:2 for Arsenal!

Minute 49: Goal, 0:3 for Arsenal!

Saka burst down the wing and left La Vieira, who unleashed a missile from outside the box onto the post and in.

57th minute: The fourth goal was very close when Jesus made a double pass with Xhaka and infiltrated the box, but Raya headed it nicely for a corner.

66th minute: Tierney left Saka on the 16-yard line at the end of a very nice Arsenal team move, Brentford's Spanish keeper made a great leap and headed home again.

71st minute: Ambaomo put in a good deep pass to Damsgur, who was stopped by Ramsdale.

86th minute: Jesus overcame two guards near the crossbar with an artistic dribble, before squeezing a save from Raya.

Everton - West Ham (Sunday, 16:15, Sport2)

Two teams that did not plan and certainly did not hope to be at the bottom at this stage, will meet at Goodison Park for a game in which they will not settle for less than three points.

The Toffees have not yet won this season and they will go to the grass after 4 consecutive draws.

West Ham improved the mood with two wins in the Conference League, but in the league the situation is not good.

The Hammers may draw encouragement from the fact that they won the last two away games against Everton, twice 0:1.
