The President of the International Olympic Committee (IOC) Thomas Bach, will land in Israel today (Monday) and will participate in events commemorating the 50th anniversary of the massacre of the 11 Munich martyrs.
Bach is expected to have a particularly busy schedule for the two days he will be in Israel, when tomorrow morning he will arrive at the Olympic Committee's offices, where he will receive a lecture in the field of cyber innovation, will hold a meeting with the 11th families and will conduct a tour of the Olympic experience.

Later, he will hold a meeting with the members of the Israeli Olympic Committee and end the day with a joint dinner with the heads of the Olympic Committee and senior athletes.
On his third and last day, he will begin with a visit to Yad Vashem, continue to the Church of the Sepulcher, and before noon he will have a meeting with President Yitzhak Herzog, when in the afternoon the highlight of his visit will come - with the main ceremony for the Munich martyrs in Hangar 11.
Towards the end, Bach will also hold a press conference and arrive at the monument near Ichilov, where he will lay a wreath in memory of the 11th in the presence of families, Sports Minister Hili Trooper and representatives of the Tel Aviv municipality.
