The narrow defeat in Augsburg creates a crisis mood at Bayern.

Players like Thomas Müller seem pissed off about the current downturn.

Munich – Just a few weeks ago, the mood on Säbener Strasse was almost euphoric.

FC Bayern Munich plowed through the opening days of the Bundesliga after a successful summer transfer period.

Opponents like Frankfurt (6:1) and Bochum (7:0) were almost overwhelmed and questions about how things would go without Robert Lewandowski, who had emigrated to Spain, were answered with a warm smile.

The Bayern squad seemed to be a harmonious structure, the mood of the individual players was consistently positive.

With twelve points from seven games, the Reds had one of the worst starts to the season in recent years.

Union is currently enthroned in first place with a five-point lead - Borussia Dortmund is in second place with three points more than FC Bayern.

The reason for the current downturn is probably the insufficient goal tally, because there were enough chances to score several goals against FCA.

Whether Leroy Sane, Jamal Musiala or the king's transfer Sadio Mané - all three offensive stars left some top-class opportunities.
