A big victory for Dan Einbinder, midfielder of Hapoel Tel Aviv, in his lawsuit against his former team Beitar Jerusalem.

The arbitrator, attorney Amir Zolti, ruled that the Black and Yellows will pay him compensation in the total amount of 300,773, after the player was fired from the team unilaterally.

The compensation the player will receive consists of several significant items: NIS 112,140 bonus for league points, NIS 79,433 for reimbursement of a cut in salary he made, NIS 25,000 because he was not given a hearing, NIS 60,000 compensation for non-pecuniary damages, NIS 27,500 participation in rent, NIS 15,000 past deposit to provident funds , 8000 shekels participation in personal accident insurance and another 1200 shekels reimbursement of physical therapy expenses.

Einbinder was represented in the lawsuit by attorney Roi Rosen, and in addition to the compensation he will receive, the arbitrator determined that Beitar will pay Rosen a fee of NIS 35,000 including VAT, as well as all the expenses of the arbitration in the amount of NIS 40-50,000 , so that the total amount that Bitar will have to pay to Einbinder and his representatives is about NIS 400,000.
