Israel moved up one place compared to last year's ranking, but actually stayed where it was.
The reason for the rise to eighth place is because the VTB league is not included in the lists this season.
This is a league of the Russian teams, which were removed from the European factories.
The first place is kept by the Spanish league, which is ahead of the Turkish league and the Italian league.
After them: France, Germany, the Adriatic League and the Greek League.
