The UEFA Executive Committee met today (Tuesday) in Croatia and approved the procedure for the qualifying draw for Euro 2024 to be held in Frankfurt.

Hosts Germany qualify automatically, with 53 nations vying for the other 23 places.
🔟 group winners and 10 runners-up qualify for the finals.

Host Germany automatically qualifies for the final tournament and therefore does not participate in the qualifying draw.
All Russian teams are suspended due to the war with Ukraine, so Russia is not included in the qualifying draw.
53 countries participate in the qualifying draw that will divide the teams into ten houses.
Seven houses of five teams, and three houses of six teams, with the first ten, and the ten runners-up automatically qualifying for the final tournament, and the three remaining places will be decided in playoff games to be played in March 2014.
