"I have no desire to be a distraction from the work of the club," explained Sarber this evening, "as a man of faith, I strongly believe in forgiveness. I expected that the suspension I received from the commissioner for one year would provide me with the time to remove my personal dispute with the teams that I and so many fans love.
"But unfortunately I realized that in the harsh climate in which we live, this is no longer exactly possible. Every good and positive thing I did and my entire history was erased because of the recent events. Because of all the circumstances I am putting up for sale the two clubs I own - the Suns and the Mercury."
