Munich – Corona chaos in the DFB team!
As the DFB announced at the press conference on Wednesday, Manuel Neuer and Leon Goretzka tested positive for Corona.
On Wednesday afternoon,
SID
reported that Julian Brandt had also left the team hotel early.
In contrast to the FCB duo, a corona test for the offensive player from Borussia Dortmund was negative.
Brandt has a flu infection, the DFB announced on Wednesday afternoon.
Maximilian Arnold from VfL Wolfsburg has meanwhile been nominated.

Both Bayern pros and the BVB star will be out for the last Nations League games of the year on Friday (23rd) in Leipzig against Hungary and on Monday (26th) in England.
The Hoffenheim goalkeeper Oliver Baumann was nominated for captain Neuer by national coach Hansi Flick.
Both FCB stars were at the Oktoberfest with FC Bayern on Sunday.
"Both FC Bayern players are doing well, they will return to Munich and go into domestic isolation," said the record champions in a press release on Wednesday afternoon.

The corona shock out of nowhere throws Hansi Flick's plans upside down.
The infected Neuer and Goretzka had to leave, further test series began immediately - and the national coach telephoned national players for urgent late nominations: Two months before the start of the World Cup, the last course was severely disrupted even before the first game.
"Of course, the alarm bells go off," said international Jonas Hofmann on the DFB campus a few minutes after the two positive cases were announced.
When they arrived in Frankfurt/Main on Monday, Neuer and Goretzka had submitted a negative antigen test - but the medical department was called upon on Wednesday morning.
"She acted well, quickly and correctly," attested Hofmann.
The further test results of the next few days will show whether other national players for the Nations League duels against Hungary on Friday (8.45 p.m. / ZDF) in Leipzig and three days later in London against England (8.45 p.m. / RTL) will show - on Wednesday it was the rest of the DFB convoy initially negative.
However, Neuer had arrived at the German team hotel in a shuttle with Kimmich and Leroy Sané.
The entire Bayern squad attended the Munich Oktoberfest on Sunday.
