Tonight (Thursday) Barcelona felt how the load of games hurt their team when no less than three Blaugrana players were injured in their national team uniforms.
Of the five players who played tonight, two Dutch national team players, Memphis Depay and Frankie de Jong, and the French national team player, Jules Conde, were replaced after injury.
In the case of the Dutch midfielder, the severity of the injury is not yet known, but he should be fit for Sunday's game against Belgium.
For Memphis and Conde, these are hamstring injuries, which may disable them for a period of several weeks.
