Boston announced tonight (between Thursday and Friday) officially the suspension of the team's coach, Ima Yudoka, for the upcoming 2022/23 playing season.
According to the various reports, the reason for the suspension is following a secret affair that Yudoka, (who is engaged to actress Nia Long), had with a Celtics teammate.
It should be noted that the relationship was fully consensual, but according to the group this is a jarring violation of the organization's code of conduct.
His suspension will take effect immediately and as stated in the group, his future will also be considered.
Currently, his replacement will be his senior assistant Joe Mazzolia.

Meanwhile, Yudoka issued an official response and apologized for the incident: "I want to apologize to the players, the fans, the entire Celtics organization and my family for letting them down," the coach said in a statement to ESPN's Malika Andrews.
"I regret putting the team in this difficult situation, and accept their decision. Out of respect for all involved, I will have no further comment."
