The NBA season is getting closer and today a large part of the teams officially started the preparations for 2022/23.
The New York Knicks are one of the teams that held a Media Day and the show was stolen by veteran Derek Rose, who appeared shirtless for an interview with the press.
Rose already said yesterday that coach Tim Thibodeau set him a challenge: to get back in shape in the 2010/11 season, when he was elected MVP of the regular season.
"I haven't felt this healthy in a long time," Rose said yesterday, "I'm back to my rookie weight, 88 kg."
Rose said he lost about 10 kg of weight during a summer of hard work.
Today, to prove the new cut, he appeared before the journalists as mentioned without a shirt.
"I feel 100 percent fit and I will be available at any moment that Tibudo tells me."

Rose will be 34 next week and after years of injuries and partial seasons, he is hoping for a resurgence.
Last season he participated in only 26 games in the Knicks uniform, which ended with a negative balance of 47:35.
He averaged 12 points, 4 assists and 3 rebounds in 24.5 minutes of play.
RJ Barrett, who recently signed a four-year, $120 million contract, stated that even though the Knicks have only made the playoffs once in the past nine years (losing 4-1 to Atlanta in the first round), "this year we're going to shock the world."
The Canadian, who entered his fourth season in the league and is showing gradual improvement, hopes that this will be an All-Star season for him and said that "personally, this is one of my goals."
