The World Cup bonuses for the German national players are fixed.
In the event of a tournament victory in Qatar, the DFB stars would collect even more than at the 2018 World Cup.
Frankfurt/Main - In less than two months, the World Cup will start in Qatar.
The representatives of the DFB team also negotiated the possible bonuses with the top management of the association before the upcoming tournament.
As the DFB announced on Sunday, they agreed on a higher bonus than at the 2018 Russia World Cup: each player would receive 400,000 euros for winning the tournament.

The disappointment was great when the preliminary round was eliminated in 2018, when the national players would have received 350,000 euros each for winning the World Cup.
Now the DFB stars would each get 50,000 euros more.
At the 2021 European Championships under former national coach Joachim Löw, the bonus for winning the tournament was also 400,000 euros per player.

But not only the payment for the final victory were determined on Sunday.
Already for the group victory in the preliminary round with the opponents Spain, Japan and Costa Rica there would be 50,000 euros for each national player.
If they reach the quarterfinals, the association would have to pay 100,000 euros to each player, with third place it would be 200,000 euros.
Should the Flick-Elf reach the final in Qatar and lose it, each player would go home with 250,000 euros.
