A player for Hapoel Gilboa/Galil last season, Michael Brisker, may receive an "Exhibit 10" contract in the ranks of the Houston Rockets.
This means that there will be an attachment between the player and the team, but he will actually belong to the Rockets' development league team, the Rio Grande Valley Vipers.
Brisker was invited to be tested yesterday (Sunday) in a training session in which several players participated, with the goal being to see if there was a player who could fit into the NBA team's training camp in the preseason.
The Israeli guard (24, 1.85), the son of former player Mark Brisker, grew up in the youth department of Maccabi Ra'anana and played in its senior team in the National League for three successful seasons, before signing a long-term contract with Hapoel Tel Aviv.
The shooter did not play too much in the red uniform, but was loaned to Maccabi Haifa, in Media he played for two years.
Last summer Brisker signed with Gilboa/Galil and became one of the best Israelis in the Premier League, averaging 11.9 points, 2.1 assists and 2.1 rebounds per game, numbers that earned him the title of the season's most improved player in the Premier League.
Brisker was released from his district in Gilboa at the end of the last season.

The NBA Development League will undergo a change this year, and will be divided into two - from the beginning of November to December 22, the teams will play at least 16 games to win the cup that will be played in Las Vegas, after which a league will be held.
All G-League games that will go into overtime this year will be decided by a goal result method and without time, and in all cup games, the fourth quarter will be by a goal result method.
