Thomas Müller declares Real Madrid to be a role model for the national team

In the international match against England, Thomas Müller could hardly intervene.

But now he has found a good role model for the German national team.

Munich – The international matches did not bring the desired redemption for the FC Bayern players.

Four games without a win in the Bundesliga – and things aren't going so well with the national team either.

The Germans conceded a 0:1 against the Hungarians, the match against England finally ended 3:3 after many twists and turns.

Thomas Müller had to watch the game at Wembley almost entirely from the bench, only coming on as a substitute in the 79th minute.

He was not able to end his losing streak convincingly.

After the match, however, Müller had more to do again.

While many of his teammates quickly disappeared into the catacombs, he once again acted as the voice of the team.

After the crazy 3:3 against the English, the Weilheimer surprised with an interesting comparison: “I was allowed to work under Carlo Ancelotti.

Mixed feelings at Müller

Müller emphasized that the team fought back in the match.

"If you look at it from the psychological side: you're leading 2-0, but then give it up again.

But then you still come back to the 3: 3 here in Wembley.

But he also knows that results matter in Qatar: "The feelings we have today will not decide how we go into this first World Cup game.

The players have a tough period ahead, with most of them now playing 13 games in six weeks.

Last but not least, Müller is also concerned with whether his starting place in the World Cup team is at risk.
