Another stop in Blake Griffin's career.
After a year and a half as a substitute player for the Brooklyn Nets, the 33-year-old forward ended this evening (Friday) in the uniform of the Boston Celtics, last season's finalist.
Griffin signed for one season in which he is expected to earn about three million dollars in a minimum contract.
Griffin, who made 58 appearances in Brooklyn last season alongside Kevin Durant, averaged 6.4 points per game and also averaged 4.1 rebounds.
Since he joined the Nets, there was a sharp decline in his ability when he averaged less than 25 minutes per game, but despite the unimpressive averages - the Celtics decided that Griffin might be a suitable replacement for the injured Robert Williams.

As you remember, Griffin started his career in the best league in the world, when he joined the Los Angeles Clippers where he played eight seasons, from there he continued to Detroit until arriving in Brooklyn last summer.
