The captain is out for a long time: For Palzing's Marcel Radlmaier (in the middle in the black jersey) the first half of the season is probably over after a broken collarbone.

SVA Palzing welcomes SpVgg Kammerberg to the district league derby.

The captain is missing from the SVA, while the SpVgg finally wants to show consistency.

Palzing/Kammerberg

– “If you want to, you can,” says Matthias Koston, SpVgg Kammerberg player-coach, about his footballers.

He hopes that they will be in a good mood on Friday (7.30 p.m.) in the derby at SVA Palzing.

While the game association wants to settle in the top third of the table, Palzing has to try to compensate for Marcel Radlmaier's absence.

The captain underwent collarbone surgery and will be out longer.

It is Radlmaier's third break in a few months.

SVA Palzing has to absorb the Radlmaier failure collectively

“Replacing Marcel is going to be damn hard.

He would play for all teams in the league,” says even SpVgg coach Koston.

Of course, his counterpart Gianluca Dello Buono knows that too.

The Palzinger coach has a plan to replace what is perhaps his most important player.

"We have to spread the load across several shoulders," says the Palzinger coach, who cites the Hydra from Greek mythology as an example.

"If she loses a head, she grows two new ones," says the SVA coach.

That means: “Other players have to take on more responsibility, i.e. spread the load over several heads.

Because we cannot replace Marcel one for one,” explains Dello Buono.

During training on Monday, he remarked that his team would like to accept this challenge and show a reaction to the 2-0 defeat in Attaching: “That was very good.

SpVgg Kammerberg: Koston wants to see the next development step

The Kammerbergers also have a good week of training behind them.

But if the season has shown one thing, it's that it has no meaning for the upcoming game.

The SpVgg is a surprise bag.

Five wins, five losses, there is nothing in between.

"It's just up to us.

If we run, throw everything in and accept the duels, then we're in - but only then," explains Koston.

He's been trying to bring stability to his squad for weeks.

The next development step would be to score in games where she doesn't reach her top level.

Because that is the difference to the top teams in the league.

"If they play badly, they don't necessarily lose," claims Koston.

They have proven that the Kammerbergers have the quality to keep up with almost all teams in the league – the coach excludes Feldmoching in its current condition.

After the derby in Palzing, they want to show a positive record of wins and losses for the first time this season.

A success would also be the fourth three in the past five games.

With the record, the Kammerbergers could be seen in the top third of the table.

For this they have to improve compared to the last guest appearance at the SVA.

That ended with a 0:4 smack – under floodlights.

That will be on this time too.
