Trip to the USA: Eric Griffin will play with Maccabi Ra'anana against the Clippers
The forward of Hapoel Eilat flew with the team from Sharon to their game trip overseas, where he will meet Kawhi Leonard's team from Los Angeles as part of his agreement with the southern club

Hapoel Eilat player Eric Griffin left during the last week with Maccabi Ra'anana for a game trip in the United States.
The center conditioned his signing with the southern team on the possibility of going out with Ra'anana for the games, and according to the agreement reached, Griffin will go back to Eilat at the end of tonight's game against the Los Angeles Clippers.
Apart from Griffin, his friend to Ra'anana, which is owned by Jeff Rosen, a number of former NBA players.
Griffin (32, 2.03) arrived in Israel for the first time in the summer of 2016 for Hapoel Gilboa/Galil, and returned to Israel to play for Eilat in 2018 and once more during the 2018/19 season for Nahariya City.
Griffin started the 2020/21 season in Rami Hadar's Hapoel Beer Sheva uniform, and from there he moved to A.K.
Athens from the Greek League.
Last July he signed for another term at the club from the southern city.
Eilat is expected to start the season with four foreigners even though it intends to play with five this season.
The coordinator Scott Mashado, who signed with the team at the beginning of the season, will be out of action for the next two months, so the club is working to add a player in his place.
Will play against the Clippers and return to Eilat.

Hapoel Eilat will open the season in the Premier League next week on Friday (7.10), with an away game against Hapoel Tel Aviv.
