The goals of Partey and Kane, Arsenal - Tottenham 1:1 (Sport1)

The ninth round in the Premier League opened today (Saturday) with a top battle in the North London derby between Arsenal and Tottenham in which the Gunners won 1:3.

Liverpool now host Brighton, who have made a great start to the season and feature debutant Roberto de Zerbi.

Graham Potter, who left the Seagulls in favor of Chelsea, makes his debut as the Blues coach in the league in an away game against Crystal Palace.

Liverpool - Brighton 2:0 (1st half)

After losing too many points at the start of the season, Liverpool must collect three points against the Seagulls, who appear with Roberto de Zerbi on the lines for the first time.

Jurgen Klopp decided to leave Diogo Jota and Derwin Nunes on the bench and put young Fabio Carvalho alongside Roberto Firmino and Mohamed Salah.

The two previous meetings at Anfield ended with surprises: 2:2 last season and Brighton's 0:1 victory the season before.

Alexander Arnold and Henderson were unable to clear, Trussard took control inside the box, crossed to the left and fired a diagonal shot that stopped in the far corner of Alisson.

0:1 to Brighton.

Crystal Palace - Chelsea 0:1 (1st half)

Another London derby, and this time between two teams that are very disappointed with the first weeks of their 2022/23 season.

In Chelsea, Graham fired a debut editor in the league, after he had already stood on the lines in the 1:1 against R.B.

Salzburg.

Potter, under whom Chelsea switched to a formation of two defenders instead of three, again left Kalidou Koulibaly on the bench.

In the front, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang in his first appearance this season in the Premier League.

Palace have not beaten Chelsea since 2017, when it was Wilfried Zaha with the winning goal that made it 1:2.

Today he will try to repeat the result and hope to add his fifth goal of the season.

7th minute: Goal!

Yves sent a long cross from the right, Popana was late and Edouard pushed in from close range after sending a long leg.
