Egyptian Mayar Sherif won the Italian Parma Tennis Championship.
Sherif, ranked No. 74 in the world, crowned this tournament after defeating the seventh-ranked Greek, Maria Skari, in the final in two sets without a response, with a score of 7-5, 6-3.
Mayar Sharif recently returned from an injury that prevented her from completing the Roland Garros tournament last May.
