Fifteen supporters of the Montpellier football club were arrested on Sunday in Toulouse following incidents that occurred during their club's defeat in Ligue 1 against TFC (4-2), we learned from a police source.
They were taken into custody, except two of them, minors, who were released, according to the same source.
The match counting for the 9th day of L1 was interrupted for fifteen minutes after the police intervened with tear gas in the area of the stadium reserved for Montpellier supporters.

Classified at risk, the meeting was stopped in the 59th minute when the score was 4 goals to 1 in favor of Toulouse.
The players of both teams then returned to the locker room, before resuming play.
Before this incident, the stand adjoining the Montpellier parking lot had been evacuated after the throwing of smoke bombs by the Hérault supporters.
