Sebastian Vettel turns his back on Formula 1 at the end of the season.
But the Hessian would be ready to make a comeback for his favorite track in Suzuka.
Suzuka – Five races to go.
Then a great racing career came to an end in Formula 1.
Sebastian Vettel hangs up his helmet at the end of the season.
After 16 seasons, almost 300 Grand Prix and 53 victories, it will be over at the end of the year.
However, the four-time world champion does not want to rule out a return to the premier class of motorsport – Vettel would get behind the wheel again for his favorite track.
An engagement in another racing series would also be possible.

Sebastian Vettel is thinking about returning to Formula 1 after the end of his career
"If someone wants to sign a driver for a race... The guys would certainly not be happy if they had to make room, but I would seriously consider it," said Vettel on Thursday at a press conference before the Japanese Grand Prix.
We're talking about the Suzuka International Racing Course, the Heppenheimer's declared favorite track.
On Sunday (7 a.m. / Sky) Vettel drives for the last time before the long-announced end of his career in Suzuka.
For Suzuka, Vettel would actually consider returning to Formula 1.
"I've always loved the track, it stands out," said the 35-year-old.
So far he has not made it very clear that he will not return to certain places.
In Suzuka it was already different on the first day.
"Maybe one of the guys here gets a little sick in the future, then I wouldn't mind jumping back in the car for a race." Vettel won four times at Suzuka and won one of his four world titles in Japan.

However, Vettel could not only imagine a short-term comeback in Formula 1, a change to another motorsport racing series would also be possible.
"At the moment I have no plans.
But there are exciting races in Japan,” said the self-confessed Japan fan Vettel when asked whether he could imagine becoming a driver in a Japanese motorsport series in the future.
“Who knows what the future will bring.
Of course I love driving and this track has always made me feel particularly alive.
We'll see what kind of car will be an issue in the future," said the Hessian.
He is still allowed to demonstrate his driving skills five times in Formula 1 (overview of the racing calendar).
Most recently in Singapore, Vettel was eighth between Max Verstappen and Lewis Hamilton, and the next points should be in Suzuka.
