Before the guest appearance in Grünwald, SEF coach Florian Bittner takes his team to task.

After all, he has more choices in terms of personnel.

Freising

– So far it has not happened that often that Florian Bittner, the coach of the SE Freising state league football team, has spoken plainly.

Even at the beginning of the season, when things were anything but smooth, the coach was cautious.

But on Tuesday, in the first training session of the week, he became clear: "Losing is absolutely forbidden on Friday," Bittner demanded.

Or to put it another way: "We have to get back on the road to success."

After five wins in a row, there have been two defeats, with the one against ASV Dachau last Friday being more than annoying.

"That bothered me the whole weekend," said Bittner.

At times, the SEF had sniffed the top spots - but now the team has slipped a little again.

"We make too many mistakes," explains the coach.

Almost all goals against Dachau and before that in Unterföhring came from Freisinger Schnitzern – the opponents had little trouble there.

Such blunders would be half as wild if Freising hit the front.

Against Dachau, the SEF offensive awoke too late.

Both – defensive sleepiness and offensive jamming – are the worst possible combination in football.

SE Freising completed targeted shooting training

That's why these two factors were on Bittner's timetable during this training week - although "it's difficult to train for them in a targeted manner," admits the trainer.

Nevertheless, there was shooting practice, and the yellow-blacks primarily practiced a safe passing game.

"Regional league opponents punish such negligence brutally."

(By the way: everything from the region is now also available in our regular Freising newsletter.)

However: The away game on Friday evening (7.30 p.m.) will also be a journey into the unknown.

Because TSV Grünwald is much deeper in the crisis, the team has all lost the last five games.

Therefore, the opponent is difficult to assess, explains Bittner.

Will TSV stand in the back or storm with their visor open?

"In the end it won't matter because we have to concentrate on our own game," says the Freising coach.

These players are definitely dropping out

Positive for the SEF: Bittner and his assistant coach Michael Schmid have more choices in terms of personnel.

Bittner himself was able to train again this week.

In addition, Daniel Müller is available for defense after a break due to injury, and Vitus Kirchberger has also started comeback training.

Sebastian Thalhammer will definitely be absent due to the corona virus, Johannes Kleidorfer is absent for professional reasons.

Possible line-up:

Oswald – Müller, Mayr, Schmid, Rist – C. Schmuckermeier, Fischer, F. Schmuckermeier, Bittner – Günzel, Brudtloff.
