It will be a derby of contrasts: Offensively strong Penzberger expect Raistinger defensive artist on Saturday for the district league duel.

Penzberg/Raisting – In a league like this, with seven teams from the Oberland, the importance of a derby is very quickly diluted.

Hannes Franz, coach in Raisting, makes it clear: For him there is only one duel in the district league south that deserves this label - and that is the game this Saturday in Penzberg (2.30 p.m., Nonnenwaldstadion).

"The only real derby," says the coach of SV Raisting.

Over the past few years, both sides have eagerly co-written the first few pages of the script, which has fostered a small county rivalry.

Last year alone, when Raisting fried Penzberg's hopes on the first day of the game and FCP countered just as emotionally with Maximilian Berwein in the second leg.

"Anyone who has been through the hot duels knows how explosive the game is." In Raisting, says Franz, the duel is important for the whole club, the spectators and of course his team.

Because coaches and kickers have set themselves one goal, detached from all other goals and dreams: "My personal goal is to provide the best team in the district," Franz clarifies.

Penzberg's coach reduces the importance of the game

In this regard, Simon Ollert from FC Penzberg belongs to a different type of coach.

His approach is just the opposite, downplaying meaning.

"We don't want to put too much value on that.

It's easy to get over-motivated," he says.

Nevertheless, he also knows about Denis Grgic's personality, which gives the encounter a little sharpness.

Grgic surprisingly switched from Raisting to Penzberg before the season.

Ex-coach Hannes Franz admits: "At first I was disappointed." Because Grgic tore a huge gap, as the goal statistics show

.

With only nine goals, the SVR scored 18 points.

"We miss his goals, I feared that." However, the resentment has long since evaporated.

Hannes Franz says: "I'm the last one to follow up and shoot in this direction." Just recently, the two of them talked to Denklingen before the Penzberg duel - so no excitement.

Especially since Grgic is just watching on Saturday.

He had to stop the final training session because the pain in his foot was still too great.

"Too bad for him, but I need him in the long term," says Simon Ollert.

The table now provides the spicy note.

The winner may call themselves hunters of the top teams.

Raisting is only two points behind the highly traded Haidhauseners.

So to the most important sporting question: Which team manages to push through its style?

Raisting's defense is currently the number one topic in the district league. The SVR hasn't conceded a goal for more than 500 minutes (including stoppage time).

Simon Ollert wants to become a tank cracker with a special tactic.

Of course, he doesn't reveal what it looks like.

Regardless of the system, he makes an appeal to his offensive: "When I hear something like that, it must tickle me as a striker."

At SVR, on the other hand, they express the utmost respect for Penzberg's attack series.

He has already seen some sequences from the past two games in the video, which can be used to adjust the corset specifically to the FCP.

"There were a few interesting scenes." However, an important part of the defense breaks away.

Maximilian König is sick.

"It's extremely painful, you just have to look at the games he's played in." With König in defense, SVR conceded just one goal in eight games.

In addition, Timmy Greif, who has back problems, is absent.

Goalkeeper Daniel Baltzer, Maximilian Kalus and Sabir Neziri are returning to Penzberg.

Simon Ollert says: "It's slowly getting better."
