FC Bayern Munich has to cope with Jamal Musiala as the next corona failure.
As the German soccer record champion announced, the 19-year-old tested positive for the virus.
The national player is doing well, he is in domestic isolation.
Most recently, Thomas Müller and Joshua Kimmich had to take a break, before that Manuel Neuer and Leon Goretzka had failed due to positive corona tests.
With the exception of Müller, the national players were there when Bayern Munich drew 2-2 away against Borussia Dortmund.
The return of the offensive player is expected on Wednesday (9:00 p.m.) in the Champions League away game at Viktoria Pilsen.
On Sunday, the 33-year-old was back on the training ground with his teammates.
Musiala, on the other hand, is likely to miss against Pilsen, and his appearance in the top Bundesliga game on Sunday (7.30 p.m. / DAZN) against SC Freiburg is also questionable.
In Bavaria, a positive test requires at least five days of quarantine.
With 15 goals (seven goals, eight assists), Musiala is Munich's most effective offensive player this season.
