"On the plane, I'm next to him, he puts his hand on my thigh": a new investigation overwhelms Noël Le Graët

Radio France's investigation unit has collected new testimonies denouncing the "heavy" behavior of the boss of the FFF towards this

These women also wished to remain anonymous.

Too risky, too sensitive to jump openly into the FFF machine.

The investigation cell of Radio France publishes this Wednesday an investigation targeting the disturbing actions of President Noël Le Graët towards his female employees.

Three former collaborators take the floor.

Their elements corroborate those already revealed by the magazine So Foot last month, in particular messages of a sexual nature.

It is not a question here of sexual assault but of “inappropriate”, “heavy” behavior, or even acts of “harassment”.

"With me, Noël Le Graët was really clumsy," she recalls.

He told me he wanted to take me home.

He didn't text me.

At that time, he was not a telephone pro.

But they were repeated invitations to come and have dinner with him, says a first, called Sonia.

He is an old gentleman who did not see that the world had changed.

He has inappropriate remarks and jokes.

As it is the president, you laugh yellow.

It's not easy to manage.

"On the plane, I'm next to him, he puts his hand on my thigh"

Another deplores “a generational gap” and a “completely different relationship with women from what is happening today”.

In 2016, she had to push him back several times on an official trip.

“During the week before, he harassed me by calling me almost every evening to tell me that he was looking forward to going with me.

He tells me that I have to put on a skirt on the day of the trip.

Obviously I refuse, I put on pants.

On the plane, I'm next to him, he puts his hand on my thigh.

I pushed him away, telling him “president, we are not going to start the journey like that”.

A third employee also mentioned these repeated invitations to Radio France: “He has a really borderline behavior.

But I never felt his words as threatening.

These new testimonies will not embellish the picture while the Minister of Sports Amélie Oudéa-Castéra has imposed an audit within the Federation.

The hearings of the General Inspectorate of Education, Sport and Research (IGESR) are supposed to start in the coming days.

In a press release, Noël Le Graët denied.

“I strongly contest the alleged inappropriate behavior towards employees within the FFF, he defends himself. I have always maintained respectful relations with my collaborators and my collaborators in a climate of mutual trust.

These false and malicious anonymous allegations are clearly intended to harm me professionally and personally.

Florence Hardouin accused of having buried these alerts

The Radio France investigation focuses on the climate described as "toxic" within the FFF.

As such, the management, tinged with rivalry, of the duo Noël Le Graët-Florence Hardouin is heavily criticized.

The general manager is accused of having covered her superior and buried the alerts of her former employees.

She refutes these “false allegations.

One month before the World Cup in Qatar, the storm that is falling on the FFF does not seem to be about to calm down.

The audit is also interested in a last related problem: several cases of sexual abuse and harassment of minors that the 3F would also have put under the carpet.
