As part of a meeting of the Euroleague management last night (Tuesday) in Dubai, in which representatives from the organization's management were present alongside a group of businessmen from the United Arab Emirates, the latter submitted an offer of 60 million euros to the Euroleague in order to receive a free ticket to the factory.
At the meeting we also discussed, among other things, the topic of finding new sponsors regarding the naming rights and holding the Final Four in new places, with the goal of getting a free ticket to the factory next season and hosting the next three Final Fours in Dubai.
The official Euroleague announcement reads: "The purpose of the visit was to exchange ideas and identify opportunities for cooperation. We are of course excited by the potential of the Euroleague coming to Dubai, but it is still too early to comment on specifics. We look forward to continuing the talks between the parties."
