In Italy, the former star of FC Bayern Munich should take on a new job straight away.

It has been reported from Italy for days that Franck Ribéry can no longer appear in Serie A due to persistent knee problems and will have to end his career abruptly.

It was supposed to be the last season for the 39-year-old offensive player anyway, when he extended another year on May 23 at US Salernitana 1919 from the coastal town of Salerno on the Tyrrhenian Sea.
It was only in the showdown that the Frenchman had managed to stay up in the league with the promoted team at the time.
He had 24 appearances and three assists.
But this season, FC Bayern Munich's former crowd favorite was only on the pitch for 36 minutes on the first day of the game against AS Roma (0-1).
After that nothing worked.
Was it final for someone who just didn't want to stop despite his advanced footballing age?

While the end of the highly talented man's career is announced, he has apparently already secured his first job for his career after his career.

Reads as if Ribéry would fill the role of a team manager.
The exact job description has not leaked out as of October 12th.
The former winger played for FC Bayern between 2007 and 2019 and still maintains a close relationship with the German Bundesliga record champions and their honorary president Uli Hoeneß.
