The move paid off very quickly, when in the 24th minute the Argentinian found the Frenchman, who had no difficulty making it 0:1 on the newcomer.
PSG took time to close a story in the battle against the team that is complicated below the red line, but in the 79th minute Mbappe gave back to Messi, who himself beat the goalkeeper Benjamin Larou.
The two stars were also involved in the third goal just three minutes later, when Messi scored his second assist of the match and Mbappe completed his first double since the 1:2 against Juventus in the first round of the Champions League.
The team from the City of Lights temporarily opened a gap of six points at the top, and now, as mentioned, the champion of Israel awaits them.
