A supporter of Olympique de Marseille has been indicted, in particular for attempted murder, after firing a distress rocket that "seriously injured" a German fan of Eintracht Frankfurt, on September 13 at the Vélodrome stadium, announced the floor this Friday.

The 26-year-old man admitted "being the author of the projectile shot in the direction of the visitor parking lot" during this meeting of the 2nd day of the Football Champions League.

He was released by the judge of liberty and detention, but the prosecution appealed against this decision.
