Brive can't do it anymore
The French Stadium won against Brive (27-0) its third success in a row during the 8th day of the Top 14, inflicting on the Brivistes a fifth defeat in six matches, Saturday at the Jean-Bouin stadium in Paris.
Undisciplined, the Brivistes were quickly led by the Parisians, who scored a first try on their first opportunity with a carried ball concluded by hooker Mickaël Ivaldi (5th minute).
The Stade Français then struggled to concretize its domination, camping in the 22 meters Brive without managing to chain the playing times and leading by only 10 points at the break (10-0).
Put under pressure in the second period, the Parisians relied on their dominating scrum to give themselves some air, before taking the lead and the attacking bonus with tries from Léo Barré (58th) and Clément Castets (69th).
