A few hours before Paris Saint-Germain will host Maccabi Haifa, the official dinner was held today (Tuesday) between the managements of the clubs before each game within the Champions League.
The president of Paris Saint-Germain, the Qatari Nasser Al Khalaifi, hosted the owners of Maccabi Haifa Yaakov Shahar in a prestigious restaurant in the city in the presence of the club's management and the UEFA observer, the Greek Lucas Situropoos.
Maccabi Haifa said that Al Khalaifi wanted to thank President Shahar for the great hospitality he received from Paris Saint Germain during its visit to Haifa and apologized for not being able to attend the meeting in Israel. Also, the CEO of the Parisian club, Jean-Claude Blanc, admitted that PSG were impressed by the stadium in Haifa and the atmosphere created by the green crowd.
