Munich – The 2022 World Cup in Qatar (November 20 to December 18) is getting closer.
Before that, all professional clubs in Germany still want to score points, including TSV 1860 Munich.
This Sunday (from 3 p.m.) the Giesingers welcome 1. FC Saarbrücken with the ex-lions Richard “Richy” Neudecker and Adriano Grimaldi.
Most recently, the lions had to admit defeat to relegation candidate SpVgg Bayreuth 0:1.
"I made it clear to the team that I expected a reaction," said coach Michael Köllner before the home duel against the Saarlanders: "We'll need a brutally strong game."

The Sechzger have to watch out for playmaker Neudecker in particular.
"Richy is a great player.
He will overheat.
We know his strengths, but also his weaknesses.
It is our job to stop him," said Köllner, referring to the former midfield director of the gymnastics and sports club.
“New ideas are always valuable.
We have a really strong team that is doing much better than last year,” continued the Upper Palatinate.
Goal scorer Marcel Bär, in particular, should provide new impetus. After surviving an injury, he is back in the starting XI of the promotion contender from the Isar metropolis.
A win against the sixth in the table would be particularly valuable this Sunday in view of the self-proclaimed goal of promotion.
