Champion of Champions summary: Racing - Boca 1:2 (Sport1)
No less than ten red cards were drawn tonight (between Sunday and Monday), in the Champions League match in Argentina.
At the end of this unusual drama, Racing Club beat Boca Juniors 1:2, but the morning after, no one is talking about football, but the referee Facundo Tiyo.
Boca actually opened and took the lead from the feet of Norberto Briasco (19), but Matias Rojas scored a great equalizing goal (22) from 30 meters.
Four minutes into added time we received the first pair of red cards, when a small confrontation on the grass led to the removal of Yohan Carbonero on one side, and Sebastian Villa on the other.
In the 100th minute Alan Varela was also sent off, but that's nothing compared to what came next.
In the 118th minute, the substitute Carlos Alcaraz scored the 1:2 and was overjoyed.
The Boca players didn't like the shirt removal and taunting of the winner, and while Alcarez picked up a second yellow and a red himself for the celebrations, he really wasn't alone.
Along with him, Luis Edvincola, Diego Gonzalez (who was not on the field at all), Frank Fabre and Carlos Sambrano of Boca were also sent off, as well as his teammate Jonathan Galban who was sitting on the bench.

finished?
Not yet.
Ten minutes into the added time of the overtime, Diego Benedetto was also sent off, and Boca was left with only five players, so the referee had no choice but to blow the whistle to finish and put an end to this crazy game.
Tayo, by the way, is considered one of the best referees in South America, and will also be refereeing in the upcoming World Cup.
