After the cancellation in the summer, SV Heimstetten has now said yes.

Türkgücü Munich is allowed to play in the ATS sports park.

"A financial decision," says Selmir Sabic.

Heimstetten – Selmir Sabic has been in charge of the SV Heimstetten office for two weeks.

And has already made a difficult decision: Türkgücü Munich can now play home games in the ATS sports park.

The deal is apparently not entirely uncontroversial at SV Heimstetten.

30 teams and now Türkgücü: Heimstetten is pushing the limits of what is possible

SV Heimstetten has 30 teams playing, so accommodating Türkgücü Munich is not an easy task.

Department head Michael Matejka noticed this when SV Heimstetten Türkgücü Munich had given a clear rejection of the first request in the summer.

But now it seems to work.

Türkgücü's offer seems to have been tempting.

No comment: Michael Matejka emphasizes that he had nothing to do with the decision.

Just says: "You also have to see where you stay."

"It was a financial decision," explains Selmir Sabic: "We found a good deal with Türkgücü, there is a good balance between expenses and income." The branch manager is currently working on getting all the games for the rest of the year under one roof.

For this, games are relocated and sometimes the home right is exchanged.

Türkgücü may play in Heimstetten - Sabic: "Do something good for the SVH with the decision"

Türkgücü Munich had actually planned to play all home games in the first half of the season at the Grünwalder Stadion.

But the city of Munich thwarted that plan.

The regional league should also include the Olympic Stadium in its planning.

If possible, Türkgücü doesn't want to play there at all, because hosting at Oberwiesenfeld is very expensive (according to reports, around 25,000 euros per game).

SV Heimstetten is now helping the third division relegated team out of a jam, so to speak.

But it doesn't just help: "We're not the savior, we're pursuing our own interests," says Sabic: "With the decision, we're doing something good for the SVH."

“We put a lot of money into our youth.

That's always our priority," he continues.

As expected, he did not reveal how much Türkgücü actually paid for the games in Heimstetten.

SV Heimstetten: Türkgücü decision widely discussed – "there were concerns"

Internally, the Türkgücü decision at SV Heimstetten was discussed extensively, but it does not seem to be undisputed.

And Sabic also admits: "There were concerns about the past and the image of Türkgücü."

The time under Hasan Kivran left memories.

Sabic explains: “I actually thought the project was cool right from the start, but the public image – especially from the then President – was not conducive.

You have lived beyond your own means and reached too high.

But now sensible people are running the club.

I hope that they will continue to invest in young people in the long term.

If a club doesn't work there, I don't begrudge it being successful."

Türkgücü Munich in the ATS sports park: SV Heimstetten has secured itself for payment difficulties

Türkgücü Munich has actually gone through a complete upheaval and rebuilding since the insolvency of the KGaA.

However, the club was not able to free itself completely from the past in the short time available.

Could Türkgücü get into payment difficulties again?

Sabic even had this scenario in mind: "We designed the contracts in such a way that we are secure," he reveals: "The concerns are still there, but I believe in Türkgücü's word."
