DFB squad nomination: Will Niclas Füllkrug or Youssoufa Moukoko drive to the World Cup?

There are still a few question marks, especially on the offensive.

After the injuries to Leipzig's Timo Werner and Wolfsburg's Lukas Nmecha, Flick will have to nominate a newcomer for better or worse.

Werder striker Niclas Füllkrug, who currently has the second most goals of the season with ten goals, is up for selection, but 17-year-old youth international Youssoufa Moukoko could also be nominated for the senior national team for the first time.

Things are not looking good for Moukoko's teammate Marco Reus, according to Sky and Sport1, the 33-year-old should not be in the squad and will therefore miss the next big tournament.

Whether his team-mate Mats Hummels and ex-Dortmunder and new-Frankfurter Mario Götze will travel to Qatar will also be seen on Thursday afternoon.
