After four and a half years of anticipation, the 2022 World Cup in Qatar is getting underway in front of about 60,000 spectators.
At this time, the opening ceremony of the World Cup was held, the first ever to be held in an Arab country and the Middle East, and the second overall to be held in Asia, some 20 years after the 2002 World Cup in South Korea and Japan.
