The Austrian ski dream couple is no longer together.

Conny Hütter and her Christian Walder go their separate ways, which Hütter confirmed.

Kumberg - Winter sports dream couples fascinate fans, especially if they come from the same country or are superstars.

In Germany, it is Felix Neureuther and his wife Miriam (née Gössner) who are considered a prime example by many.

In the current ski circus, ski legend Mikaela Shiffrin has been courting with the no less successful Aleksander Aamodt Kilde from Norway for some time.

Unfortunately, a relationship has now broken up in Austria.

Skier dream couple separated: "It was a nice time together"

Conny Hütter confirmed that she has separated from her boyfriend Christian Walder.

The well-known skier answered a question from the "Kleine Zeitung" honestly.

The newspaper wanted to know what it meant that she had changed the center of her life.

“That means I live at home again, in Kumberg.

My boyfriend Christian Walder and I have split up.

It was a nice time together, but paths sometimes separate, at some point it's time for something new.

We broke up in such a way that we can talk to each other well, but we don't have a relationship anymore."

Skier Hütter and skier Walder separately: "It's really good to be at home"

So far, Walder has had a difficult time in the strong national competition, but has already been on the podium at a FIS race.

The 31-year-old lives in Carinthia, the 30-year-old ex-girlfriend is back in Kumberg.

For Hütter, a new relationship is not important.

"I'm happy and content the way it is right now.

And how that is, that's my business.

Private is private and should remain so”.

However, the new location in Kumberg - located northeast of Graz - is not exactly ideal for a female skier.

Hütter solved the problem.

"It's more decentralized.

But I've created a base in Innsbruck so that I don't have to drive five hours in one direction for two days at home.

But it's also good to be at home.

I feel good here, I can just be who I am.

It was also nice in Carinthia with Christian, no question.

But here I have my horses, my animals.

That means a lot to me," she told the Kleine Zeitung.

Austrian skier Max Franz has been seriously injured and broken both legs.

There was good news for tobogganing in Austria with a change of coach: Hackl Schorsch is now helping out.
