Today I want to introduce you to a life hack on how you can only find out good things about Qatar.

The Portland agency, commissioned by the Qatari government to polish the battered image, is spreading really positive power messages from the desert state.

After the opening ceremony, Portland sends a message to German editors that blows through our inboxes like a warm sandstorm of love.

At the opening ceremony, we learned that there was “a remarkable contribution” from “His Highness the Amir, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani” and also from “His Highness the Father Amir, Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani".

It's a dream how it all came together.

In another message, we learn that there have never been fake fans in Qatar.

“We firmly reject these claims, which are both disappointing and unsurprising.

Qatar and the rest of the world is made up of a diverse group of football fans, many of whom have emotional ties to multiple nations.”

Many emotional connections to several nations - that's what real passion sounds like.

I wrote Portland direct.

Send me any press releases you have.

All good news from His Highness the Amir and, while we're at it, gladly from His Highness the Father Amir.

It's dark outside, it's snowing.

But the sun is shining in Qatar.

It's all a matter of perspective.
