On day four of the 2022 World Cup, the duel between Morocco and Croatia will start.

For Bayern there's the next bad news.

Update from November 23, 12:19 p.m .:

It’s bitter from Bayern’s point of view.

After Lucas Hernandez tore his cruciate ligament on Tuesday evening, Noussair Mazraoui also has to be carried off the field on a stretcher in the World Cup match between Morocco and Croatia.

The full-back apparently injured his hip in a header.

Mazraoui tried first, but it was over in the 59th minute and the medical staff carried the Bayern star off the pitch.

The severity of the injury is likely to be communicated later today.

Morocco with some prominent names in the 2022 World Cup squad

The morning game against Morocco will take place at Al Bayt Stadium in Al Khor.
