World Cup: why the Blues will not go further on the subject of human rights

The France team faces, this Saturday, November 25 (5 p.m.) Denmark, a country at the forefront of the protest on the subject of human rights.


Two months ago, France and Denmark were proudly on the same side.

The two federations were among the eight to join the "One Love" campaign to announce that the captain of their selection would wear the armband against discrimination during the World Cup in Qatar.

But between this communication and the reunion on the lawn of the Blues and the Scandinavians on Saturday (5 p.m.) in Doha, the two nations have taken radically different paths on the front line of the fight for human rights in the emirate.
