The Yellows, who returned to training during the last week, will take advantage of the World Cup break to conduct intensive preparation for the rest of the season • The veteran captain added: "This is the time to connect both socially and tactically"

While the World Cup break is in full swing, Maccabi Tel Aviv will soon be gearing up for the rest of the season - right after the tournament ends. The Yellows left this morning (Sunday) for a training camp that will be held in Turkey until next Monday, 12/5.

Just before the departure, captain Sharan Yeni referred to the training camp for the first time in the middle of the season and said: "Although we are not used to it, but it will give us a lot of time to work and prepare for the second round. It is also time for the players who did not go with us to the previous training camp to work with us. We expect to have the time to connect more both on a social level and on a tactical level. We will work harder to arrive ready for the second round. We want to open the round with all our strength."

During the training camp, Vladimir Ivić's players will work in a concentrated and intensive manner in preparation for the continuation of the tasks that await them in the second part of the 2022/23 season, with the focus, of course, on the Premier League and the State Cup (starting on December 11 in an away match against AA Fahem).

Also, the team will meet Adana Demirspor (4.12, 17:00) which is in third place in the Turkish league for a training match.
