Hassan El-Shahrani, who was reporting for the match between Tunisia and Australia, had difficulty transferring the broadcast back to the studio and collapsed in front of the cameras • Journalist Hassan El-Sai made sure to reassure: "I called him, he is perfectly fine and recovering"

Much was said before the World Cup about the heat in Qatar, which dragged the organizers to move it to winter for the first time in history.

But in the host country, the weather is still warm and the games manage to go on as planned, thanks to the air-conditioned stadiums.

However, yesterday (Saturday), it seems that the heat, which stands at an average of 30 degrees, took its first toll, when the local TV broadcaster Hassan Al-Shahrani, fainted during the broadcast and was taken to the hospital, while reporting for the match between Tunisia and Australia.

Al-Shahrani felt unwell and tried to transfer the broadcast to the studio, when he seemed to be swaying, but he was unable to complete his words, until he fell and the broadcast was stopped.

Journalist Hassan al-Sai reassured al-Shahrani's followers about his health, writing on his Twitter account: "Hello. My brother, Hassan al-Shahrani, our respected broadcaster, I contacted him, and thank God, he is now perfectly fine and recovering."

He said that what happened with al-Shahrani was a drop in pressure due to exhaustion.
