32 teams are fighting for the title at the 2022 World Cup – from A for Argentina to D for Germany and W for Wales.

Munich – The 22nd World Cup will take place in Qatar from November 20th to December 18th, 2022.
A good four weeks later, the final of one of the most controversial football World Cups of all time takes place.
A total of 32 teams will compete in 64 matches for the FIFA World Cup title.
For the last time, the 2022 World Cup in Qatar will be a final with 32 teams.
Because from the 2026 World Cup, which will be held in the USA, Mexico and Canada, a total of 48 teams will take part in the world's largest football tournament.
France is currently the defending champion.
The DFB team starts in Qatar in the group phase, which is divided into eight World Cup groups, on November 23 against Japan.
