Before the game between Germany and Spain, expert Christoph Kramer makes fun of his colleague Per Mertesacker on ZDF.
But he takes it with humor.
Munich/Mainz – fun is what you make of it!
The mood before the game between Germany and Spain at the 2022 World Cup was great – at least in the ZDF studio.
There, as usual, Christoph Kramer and Per Mertesacker were guests as experts at the second.
The preliminary reporting was moderated by Jochen Breyer.
The three protagonists have been joking a lot in the past few days.
Same with Sunday evening.

When ex-national player Mertesacker analyzed the DFB opponent in advance, Gladbach kicker Kramer rushed in between and agreed with the former central defender.
"Did you notice, he praised you," Breyer teased the two experts a bit against each other with a wink.
"It has to be because it was right," Kramer then said: "It's not often right when he goes into analysis, but that was right!" said the 31-year-old, who is still under contract with Borussia Mönchengladbach stands and is active in the Bundesliga.

Then, of course, the audience in the ZDF studio started laughing and celebrated Kramer for the comment, which was not meant to be taken seriously.
"Basically he's always right, but it's also easy for him to talk," Kramer continued with a wink: "He was a tall central defender at Arsenal and downplayed the thing back there with a heart rate of 80".

It should be clear to viewers that these comments are not always meant to be taken seriously.
Mertesacker and Kramer won the world title together in Brazil in 2014.
Central defender Mertseacker was on the bench in the final, midfielder Kramer had to be substituted in the early stages after a knockout.
