The last round of the group stage of the World Cup starts today (Tuesday) when in Group A the Netherlands meets Qatar, and Ecuador meets Senegal.
The Dutch, who are coming after the draw against Ecuador, must win against the weak latecomer who, as I remember, lost 3:1 to Senegal - but scored the first goal in World Cup history.
In front of the home crowd at Al Beit Stadium, the Qataris will try to make it difficult for the opponent who wants to secure qualification from first place.
At the same time, at Khalifa Stadium, Ecuador and Senegal will meet for the second home game, in a direct battle for the additional ticket to the next stage.
Fortunately for the South Americans, the big star, Aner Valencia, who was injured in the last game is fit and will start at 11.
Senegal, who impressed against Qatar - wants to continue their good form, and must win, as a draw will lift Ecuador.
