In the 1-1 draw against Spain in the second group game, Gündoğan's wife was photographed in the stands.

This is currently not possible for Sara Gündoğan.

The 27-year-old and her husband announced on Instagram about three weeks ago that they were expecting a child together.

On Sunday, the presenter proudly showed off her baby bump in the stands of Al-Bayt Stadium.

Of course, Sara wore her husband's jersey with the number 21.

İlkay Gündoğan: The wedding only took place in the summer

The two expectant parents have officially been a couple since 2021.

The wedding followed in the summer of that year.

Just a few months later, the good news about the addition to the family followed.

Gündoğan had previously kept his private life a secret for a long time.

All that was known was that the Manchester City midfielder was dating actress Sila Sahin from 2013 to 2015.

Rumors about Sara Arfaoui – that was the name of the presenter before the marriage – and Gündoğan had actually been around for a long time.

Gündoğan & Co. can only reach the round of 16 if they win.

After the opening defeat against Japan, there were still discussions about the players' wives of the DFB stars in the hotel.
