The 11th round of the EuroLeague kicked off tonight (Thursday) with five games, with the champion Anadolu Eps winning over Olympiakos as the focal point.
Tamir Blat excelled in Alba Berlin's loss to Barcelona, Partizan Belgrade of Yam Madar later against Valencia.
Elba Berlin - Barcelona 88:86
Tamir Blatt delivered his best Euroleague performance and recorded an impressive career high of 17 points (along with 6 assists and 3 rebounds) in 22 minutes, but it was not enough against the Catalans, who won by 11 from The previous 12 meetings between the teams and they did it this time as well.
Blatt hit no less than five 3-pointers and brought Alba back into business after trailing by 16 points and 14 at the beginning of the fourth quarter, but Nikola Mirotic with 19 and Nikolas Provitola with 16 prevented an embarrassment from Barcelona.

This time the difference was double digits and Micic hit a triple double, recovered from a bad first half and recorded a fourth consecutive victory.
Olympiakos, who won this season in Madrid and Barcelona, got off to a great start and went into the break with a 33:41 advantage, but Will Claiborne led the turnaround with 23 points and Micic managed things with 18 along with 9 rebounds and 9 assists.
Rodrigue Beauvois also stood out with 19, while for Olympiakos the Bulgarian Alexander Vezenkov scored 18 points.

Villerban - Monaco (Thursday, 21:00)
A reenactment of the French playoff final from last year, in which Villerban won 2:3 at the end of a great series.

After a pair of difficult games against Real Madrid and Barcelona, Partizan meets an opponent more or less at its level (and with the same record), in its first ever meeting with Valencia.
The host will hope to recover from the painful defeat in the Belgrade derby, in which Yam Madar scored 9 points.
Valencia, on the other hand, counts three consecutive losses, and five consecutive games in which it receives 80 points or more.
