DIRECT. A Croatia-Belgium “final”, Morocco almost in 8th, follow the outcome of group F

Croats and Belgians have an appointment at 4 p.m. for a decisive meeting in the race for qualification. Both nations are threatened

Morocco is almost there

Opposed to Canadians already eliminated, the Atlas Lions have as many points as Croatia (4) and have a unity lead and a good margin in goal average over Belgium.

A defeat combined with a Belgian success would be fatal in Morocco but Walid Regragui's men have proven their solidity and can count on a draw to propel themselves towards the knockout phase.

Belgium in danger

The Belgians missed a final against Croatia in 2018. Here's a new one, at a much lower level of the competition.

The Belgian group seems dislocated, between too slow defenders and too old offensives, by the Red Devils' own admission.

Kevin De Bruyne has an interest in regaining his magic as a draw probably won't be enough to overtake Morocco.

Croatia confident

Group leaders with 4 points and a positive goal difference (+3), the Croats launched their World Cup against Canada (4-1) after a timid start against Morocco (0-0).

The vice-world champions can settle for a draw to reach the round of 16.

The Perisic-Kramaric duo warmed up in the second game.

The midfielder, full of high-sounding names, will try to reign over a lackluster Belgian midfield.
